The detailed pedagogical concept is still under construction!

At our primary school, your child learns English right from the first day of school, and by the end of year 4, they will be able to:

· understand the main points of clear and standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc,

· deal with most situations that arise, when in an English-speaking environment,

· produce simple connected text and conversation on topics which are familiar or of personal interest,

· describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

· read age-appropriate children’s novels and understand the content and discuss them in English,

· think in English and formulate answers to questions quickly, and express their opinions.

At our primary school, your child learns to consider the Computer as a natural useful practical tool in everyday work, right from the word go. By the end of year 4, your child will be able to:

· effectively use Word and Paintbrush programs

· produce and present Power Point presentations in English and German.

· work effectively with windows and files and folders

· research and find information and pictures from the internet and copy and integrate them into other programs for further work.

· aquire and present content based knowledge.

Our open all-day school, the "Altmark" Private Primary school is open from 7am to 3pm. We also offer after-school care through our Hort.

The school fees are € 160,00 per month, per child.
